Great American Photo Contest, LLC ("Great American," "we" or "us") has created this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") in order to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices. This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of Personal Information (as defined below) that we collect when you register at the website, enter any sweepstakes or contests that may be available at the Website (collectively, "Promotions") and/or agree to receive e-mail marketing from us. It is important that visitors are fully informed about the use of their Personal Information. We believe in 100% permission-based marketing.
